As I have said before, most of the food that I cook are gluten-free. It’s been about a year since my husband was diagnosed with Celiac disease. I’ve had to learn a whole new way of cooking and baking! It’s so nice when you can find products that are gluten free and don’t taste like dried up cardboard!
