Bacon Wrapped Brown Sugar LiLSmokies


  • 1 pkg. (16 ounces) Hillshire Farm® Lit'l Smokies®
  • 1 pkg. of your favorite Sliced Bacon
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • (You can also add 1/2 cup honey if you prefer)


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut each bacon slice into 3-4 pieces. Then wrap each smokie with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Place on a baking pan.Then sprinkle with brown sugar.
  4. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until bacon is turns brown and brown sugar melts and forms a sauce.
  5. You can also garnish with pineapple or add pinneapple to the flavoring.

These are so good…..I’ve also made them using chicken breasts-just cut into bite size pieces, wrap with bacon, coat with brown sugar & bake…..awesome!

I’ve had these made in the crock pot. THEY ARE LIKE CRACK! OH MY YUM!!! I wrap them in bacon and throw them in the crock pot for 4-6 hours. SOOO GOOD!!!

I thought I would try these using a balsamic vinegar glaze instead of the brown sugar. Has anyone tried that? Its more the consistency of honey, but with that tangy sweet taste.
