Ingredients
- 1 Egg White
- 1 Tablespoon water
- 4-5 cups pecan halves
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon cloves
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Beat Egg White and water until foamy. Pour over pecans, stirring to coat. Add other ingredients together. Sprinkle over pecans, stirring until all are coated with mixture. Place on a Pam coated cookie sheet. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes, stirring once. Cool on Wax paper.
